– 1 million euros in investment funds, closed-end investment funds or venture capital funds incorporated in Spain

– 1 million euros in bank deposits in Spanish financial institutions

  • Real estate investment. In this case, significant capital investment shall be understood as the acquisition of real estate in Spain with an investment of a value equal to or greater than 500,000 euros per applicant.
  • Business investment. Unlike the other investments, in this case there is no minimum amount required. The investment must consist of the development of a business project in Spain considered and accredited as being of general interest.
